Volunteer Board

Our league is made possible by our fabulous volunteers, many of whom are players and coaches themselves, who work diligently behind the scenes to ensure all the required logistics are in place to facilitate a safe and fun softball season year after year.

Meet our current board members and get to know their board positions and how they contribute to the success of FPW+SL.

Erin

Chair 2025

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead on communication between the Board and coaches

  • Oversees logistics

Erin “Roar” has been a trusted Board member for 5 years now, primarily in the roles of Secretary and Archivist. Those amazing action photos you see on our socials - all Roar. A keen field hockey player in addition to softball, you’ll find Erin somewhere in the outfield either running down fly balls, tracking the action with a scorebook, or with her camera poised to snap that slide into home base. Just look for the brightly colored long socks.

Working with kids in the mental health field, and living in the city with her two rescue cats, Erin is a big supporter of peach wine, sticky buns and cycling insane distances.

She survived graduate school and has her MSW from Temple University. Danielle also has a cute fluffy white dog named Gizmo, a mini cow (not really) German Shepard mix named Autumn and two orange crazy tux cats, Dashi and Tony.

Danielle loves all things pumpkin flavored/scented, the Eagles, floral prints, coffee, tacos, white claws, and cheese.
